MY STORY
Born into an entrepreneurial family in England, I was naturally drawn to real estate, an industry offering both independence and limitless opportunities. My career began 17 years ago after studying Urban Land Economics at college, a choice that set the foundation for my property ambitions. With an equal passion for travel, I relocated to New Zealand where I gained valuable experience in commercial property and real estate valuation.
After returning to the UK I moved to the heart of London, where I managed multi-million pound property funds for a prestigious landed estate, honing a broad range of surveying and sales skills. It was there I met my wife, Brandy. After 6 years in London, I returned to my hometown of Leeds to start my own real estate company, which I continue to run remotely from Florida today.
In 2022, I moved to Sarasota to be with Brandy and obtained my U.S. real estate license, ready to pursue my passion in a new market!
